I’m here amongst the sand
dunes,
It’s where I chose to be,
I spoke with my creator,
And when she asked of me,
“ What place holds fondest memories of love and peace and care?”
“ Just close your eyes and think of it, and I shall take you there.”
So I closed my eyes and thought of you,
And all you meant to me,
Of the love that made me try and stay,
In that cottage by the sea.
And the tears you cried so shamelessly,
When you thought that all was lost,
Were but a ransom for my spirit,
You sadly paid the cost.
We’re here amongst the sand
dunes,
My spirit friends and me,
We have found our heaven,
It’s where we chose to be,
We watch over all your family,
We tell them have no fear,
For when the time has come to pass,
We’ll be waiting here.
